An interactive hospital-map learning journey that built clinical English confidence for Indonesian nurses bound for careers abroad.

Context

To address the growing global demand for healthcare professionals, Dayalima Group established Daya Dimensi Indonesia (DDI) to prepare Indonesian nurses for career opportunities abroad, starting with high-demand placements in Saudi Arabia. The initiative required a specialized learning solution to hone practical clinical English communication skills.

Scope

Monkey Melody was tasked with developing an interactive multimedia learning series tailored to real-world nursing environments. We needed to design case-based multimedia that could seamlessly support both instructor-led communal learning and self-paced LMS study.

Execution

We built a learning journey structured around an interactive isometric hospital map, where learners progress through key lessons. Within each part, nurses navigate story-driven character dialogues that mirror real-world patient and family interactions, reinforced by visual quizzes.

Outcome

The project delivered an immersive multimedia solution that transformed technical language acquisition into an engaging, interactive experience. By blending gamified hospital progression with authentic clinical scenarios, the program significantly boosted nurses' communication confidence and opened vital global career pathways for Indonesian healthcare professionals.
