Running a learning video production process for a large state-owned enterprise like PLN demands sharp tactical precision and a high degree of flexibility.

For technical material, though, PLN generally prefers a presentation-style format where the presenter appears on screen. Similar to the full-animation format, we still use graphics and animation as supporting elements — just with some adjustments based on what's agreed.

Beyond that, we're also open to discussing other formats, such as learning videos built around dialogue between characters, or learning videos using 3D models for technical demonstration needs, and so on.

As long as SOPs are maintained, this flexibility makes it easier to collaborate with PLN's PICs and presenters, keeping the pre-production stage running smoothly.

With so many divisions at PLN, needs can vary widely. For every project, we discuss and work out solutions by proposing the right learning video format or workflow. However varied the formats may be, we always maintain quality while keeping production speed at its best.

Internally, by not forcing ourselves into just one or two fixed frameworks, our team is pushed to find other solutions — and as a result, our team has learned to become more critical, flexible, and agile in facing a wide range of challenges.
