PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero)

Context

In late 2020, as the shift toward digital learning rapidly accelerated, PT PLN (Persero) launched a pilot project to explore learning video and podcast formats. Monkey Melody stepped in as a collaborative creative partner to build engaging learning formats for their nationwide workforce.

Scope

Following successful pilot results, Monkey Melody was entrusted with expanding PT PLN (Persero)'s digital learning ecosystem since 2021. Our task was to co-develop a scalable multimedia pipeline that delivered high-volume learning videos, internal communication content, and podcasts across their Central Learning Academy and regional training units in Makassar, Banjarbaru, and Padang.

Execution

Monkey Melody worked side by side with PLN's team, pioneering studio setups that featured real PLN engineers and field staff as on-camera instructors. We adapted rigid technical manuals into natural, conversational scripts and provided empathetic on-camera coaching to help first-time talent deliver with confidence and clarity.

Outcome

The partnership produced over 1,000 custom multimedia assets, proving Monkey Melody's capacity for enterprise-scale execution. Today, Monkey Melody stands as a trusted, long-term enterprise partner, having evolved alongside PLN to shape their nationwide digital learning ecosystem.
