Context
In 2024, the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) sought to transform its foundational guidelines on ethics, risk management, and conflict of interest into relatable, highly engaging learning experiences for employees across all career stages.
Scope
KPK selected Monkey Melody to design and execute an interactive, multi-topic learning multimedia. Our task was to convert written case studies into immersive decision-making scenarios that clearly illustrated real life ethical choices and their consequences.
Execution
Monkey Melody crafted visual novel style videos with branching scenarios centered on realistic workplace dilemmas, allowing learners to navigate multi-layered ethical situations with multiple impactful endings. We also engineered a comprehensive learning journey featuring interactive game maps, motion graphic videos, and bulk support assets such as infographic posters.
Outcome
The initiative delivered an engaging, outcome-focused multimedia suite that demystified complex ethical standards, empowering KPK personnel to recognize and navigate real-world workplace scenarios with clarity.
